Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fawwela. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will coordinate pickup or drop-off based on your location in Lebanon.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred.

Cash on Delivery Orders For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or  transfer upon agreement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
